In a troubling incident in Ciudad Juarez, three individuals have been arrested on charges of kidnapping 12 migrants. The suspects, identified as Jairo P.Z, 42, Daniel P.Z, 23, and Ashley T.M, 28, were apprehended following a detailed investigation.
